Supporting learners every step of the way

For over 20 years, we’ve stayed true to our mission: to provide affordable, high-quality training that empowers individuals to take control of their careers. Our focus has always been on delivering education in a way that works for our learners. Here’s how we’ve achieved this:

• Engaging learning resources: Our Moodle online hub houses the innovative Study Buddy, a step-by-step guide through each module. Designed to mimic the structure of classroom teaching, it makes learning valuable, memorable, and enjoyable while developing skills learners can carry into the workplace.
• Comprehensive support: From study texts and video content to on-demand assessments and mock exams, we provide all the tools learners need to succeed. For those who prefer print, we’ve partnered with Osborne Books to offer 50% off printed materials.
• Dedicated tutors and mentors: Our tutors, available seven days a week, bring real-world experience to their support, while mentors create personalised plans and send regular progress updates to keep learners on track.
• Flexible progression paths: With access to all AAT accountancy levels under one subscription, learners can progress at their own pace, revisit past material, and visualise their end goals.

This tailored approach has led to exam pass rates that consistently exceed global averages, proving that our methods truly work.

Rising to the challenge

The past year hasn’t been without its challenges. The transition from AQ16 to Q2022 presented a unique hurdle, but by planning early and communicating clearly, we ensured every learner was supported through the change. Additionally, we’ve focused on enhancing the Eagle experience, expanding services like free CV and interview support.

At Eagle, affordability is key. Despite rising costs, we locked our prices, choosing to find savings elsewhere rather than pass costs onto learners. This student-first approach has been central to our ethos, earning us a 99% recommendation rate on Reviews.io.
